At CrossFit AIO, we’re always looking for ways to help you train smarter, get stronger, and have fun doing it. From CrossFit to Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Personal Training, and our Fit & Chill sessions, we know there’s no “one-size-fits-all” approach to fitness. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’re now an official HYROX Training Club!
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a sport of functional fitness racing designed to challenge every part of your body. It’s accessible, engaging, and measurable, whether you’re just looking to get in shape or aiming to compete in a global HYROX Race. It combines strength, endurance, power, and coordination into a well-rounded training program.
Think of it as functional fitness with purpose—workouts that are challenging, fun, and give you a clear way to track your progress. And the best part? HYROX is for everyone, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned athlete.
Why We Added HYROX
We added HYROX because it fills a gap in traditional training programs. While CrossFit, Powerlifting, and Olympic Lifting focus on specific aspects of strength and performance, HYROX blends endurance, functional strength, and race-specific conditioning in a way that complements everything else we offer.

HYROX Classes at CrossFit AIO
We offer four types of HYROX classes so you can train for exactly what you need:
- HYROX Foundational – Build baseline fitness, strength, and agility. Perfect for beginners or those returning to training.
- HYROX Engine – Boost endurance and aerobic capacity through interval-based workouts. Ideal for athletes looking to improve stamina.
- HYROX Power – Focus on muscular strength and endurance. Move weight efficiently, even under fatigue.
- HYROX Complete – The most race-specific class, combining strength, endurance, and HYROX skills to prepare you for real-world race conditions.
