Introduction & Tour – One of the owners will introduce themselves, and show you our space, explaining who we are and what we do here.
Informal Chat – A relaxed conversation about your history, fitness goals, challenges, and what’s motivating you right now.
Fitness Check-In – A short no-sweat movement assessment to see where you’re at so we make the right membership recommendation. Nothing scary — we meet you where you are.
Your Game Plan – Based on your goals and experience, we’ll recommend the best starting point (our Foundations Program, Personal Training, or another option).
You’ll leave with a clear, personalized plan no guesswork, no pressure.

After your FIS, we’ll guide you to the best fit:

Do I need to be in shape first? Nope! We specialize in making beginners feel at ease and love helping people start.
