At CrossFit AIO, it’s not just about the equipment or the square footage (even though we have plenty of both!) – it’s about how you feel when you walk in. We’ve designed a clean, bright, open space that allows members to lift and drop barbells safely, stretch out with mobility tools in comfort, and hang out to socialize with others in our designated areas.
The Gym
Our gym is 7200 sqft of pure awesomeness. We have all the equipment you need to perform any workout and train hard.Our rig accommodates 22 athletes, and with a class cap of 16, you’re always guaranteed a spot. Our equipment is varied, and we are constantly reinvesting in our gym to ensure we have the best of everything we could possibly need.
A Playground of Equipment
Whether you like to Belt Squat, perform GHD or Reverse Hyper movements, push a sled, practice gymnastics on stall bars, flip tires, do Nordic curls, lift barbells, dumbbells, med-balls or sandbags, ski, row, bike, jump, etc. — we have you covered. Even our ceilings are extra tall, giving you 18 feet of height to learn to rope climb. Basically, we are a playground of equipment.
Main Gym
Our Main Gym is a large, open space where you’ll participate in coached classes. With room to move and a setup designed for safety and performance, this is where the energy happens.
Open Gym
Open Gym Our Open Gym is a quieter space dedicated to members working with personal trainers or training independently. It’s the perfect area to focus, refine technique, or follow your own program.
Turf + Back Area
Our back area is a gathering space for socializing and stretching after classes. It houses our turf, stall bars, water cooler, and subscriptions to Pliability and other apps.
Family Room
Our family room — complete with couches and an excellent coffee machine — allows members to chill before and after classes, order retail items, drink a smoothie, or let kids play (unsupervised) while parents work out.
The Recovery Den
Located on the second floor, our Recovery Den features a 6-person sauna with lights and a great sound system. You’ll also find a tea station, chairs, and our cold plunge — the perfect space to relax, recover, and recharge.
Change Rooms
We also have male and female designated change rooms with showers — you’ll love doing a lot of different things here that make your life better.
Parking
We have ample free parking and are right on the bus line.
