Our schedule is replete with 60 minute CrossFit classes because we have seen the results of the CrossFit methodology and our members LOVE IT.
CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness regimen that uses constantly varied, functional movements to improve overall fitness. It combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio exercises in workouts that are short, intense, and designed to challenge the body in different ways. The methodology emphasizes measurable, observable, and repeatable results through its focus on intensity, mechanics, and scaling workouts to individual fitness levels.
CrossFit workouts focus on a mix of strength, skill, and conditioning. Each class is 60 minutes and led by a coach from beginning to end. CrossFit classes begin with a 10 minute warm-up, followed by a skill or strength segment focused on technique. This allows members to train slowly and safely, gaining confidence in specific movements. Then we move to the "Workout Of the Day" (WOD) - where we push hard for 8-20 minutes -- depending on the day. Each day's program is intentionally different so that your body doesn't plateau; instead it is constantly adapting and producing visible and experienced changes. If you want better sleep, improved mood, less achy joints, a stronger physique and less body fat, CrossFit is the answer.
Every class is scalable, allowing you to work at your own pace while still being challenged. Our coaches provide guidance, support, and motivation throughout the session to help you improve technique and achieve your goals. Classes are kept small to ensure personal attention whenever you need it.
