Our InBody scan is complimentary with a personal training membership so that we can hold each other accountable as we track your progress. As well, our personal training memberships include an 'Open Gym' membership so that you can stretch, mobilize and workout as you wish between sessions.
Personal training sessions are 60 minutes and combine challenging workout sessions and necessary mobility with enjoyment. Every workout is guided by an expert coach who provides support, instruction, and motivation to help you progress safely and efficiently.
