Youth Small Group Training

Some young athletes benefit from a little more individual attention.
Our Youth Small Group Training program is designed for athletes who want a more focused training experience without training one-on-one.
With no more than 4 athletes per group, our coaches can provide more individualized instruction, closely monitor technique, and tailor training to the needs and goals of each athlete.
Small groups train together under the guidance of an experienced coach, with programming designed around the athletes in the group.
With only four athletes maximum, sessions allow for more coaching, more feedback, and more opportunities to work on specific areas of development.
Whether an athlete wants to build strength, improve speed and agility, develop better movement, or simply become a more confident athlete, small group training provides the attention and structure to help them progress.
