Coach
Frank grew up playing competitive soccer and hockey. He began lifting weights as a teenager seeking to build strength and muscle. In his mid-20s he reached his strongest, most toned condition. Then in his 30s, with the onset of family life and work, he drifted away from conventional gym routines and stopped prioritizing fitness. Years later, in 2015, Frank rediscovered training through CrossFit when he drove by the renovations at All In One and wondered what new business was taking over the body shop. Like most, he was instantly hooked by the variety, competition, and group environment. The coaching, members, and community rekindled his commitment to consistent training and personal growth.
Now in his 40s, Frank is still training at All In One, and is in the best shape of his life. He channels his love for the sport by coaching youth hockey and coaching youth strength and conditioning classes. His coaching combines sport-specific development and functional strength. He also recently took on the role of part-time Coach at AIO, teaching early morning CrossFit classes to members he's been inspiring for years with his skill, dedication and transformation.
Frank’s passion for coaching stems from the many coaches who influenced him throughout his life. He strives to give every athlete the same positive, lasting impact by emphasizing smart progressions, technique-first instruction, and confidence-building through consistent effort and a supportive community.
